I understand the fuel concept but I have seen that people get to wrapped up on one thing and forget about the other part of the business. Fuel is the biggest expense but when you save money on other parts of the business it is a profit was what I was stating I just do not know how to word some things.

Fuel mileage & Tires are the 2 highest variable expenses and being able to control those will increase your margins . There is no doubt about that . Some products work others don't . I used to like his old teachings when he would give the ratios and best speed for optimal fuel economy .

I have aver also noticed he does try to pimp his sponsors as any business man would or should but not make promises unless he can back them up with true data from his own units . I have seen over the years as most have that he'd push a product then a year later it's never heard out of his mouth such as the turbo 3000d which I heard that it was on a signature truck then removed from the next one and as a sponsor because a larger contributing sponsor Pittsburgh Power did like it being on the same truck with the FASS System which is a more costly alternative in the fuel system even though they are entirely different products all be told

truth be it KR is a business man just like everyone else who knows where he makes his living and that's through sponsors . He's not a non profit organization or the Red Cross. . He has to make money like the next guy does. . And he does that by featured products and his online subscriptions etc . Just like we as a OO make money by running the truck . I guess his changing sponsors could be just as some change carriers or lease to a different company it's all about the almighty dollar $$ .

Im im not a huge KR supporter but you have to take bits and pieces and put it into your own business model . Everyone is unique as in we all have a different business model as some have payments some don't . Some work for weeks on end some go home every weekend. . So no one is the same is my meaning

bottom line he's a person just like all of us trying to make a living with what works for him .

You make some good points jarhead. My problem with the turbo3000d deal is that he won't own up to why he quit promoting it. I personally asked him on this site and he wouldn't answer. If you asked an o/o why he switched to a different company I bet he would give you an answer. KR won't which ruins his credibility.

I haven't listened to him in almost 8 months or so but at one time I thought he sold his trucks. I thought it was in the last year or so. I agree the turbo 30000d was a big sponsor and he talked about how good it was and it just fell off the face of earth overnight.

Call him on the show and ask him,,,he would have to say something. The product is all over the net, still being sold. I feel, based on my research of the product, it would be beneficial on pre-egr trucks but, not newer trucks. I have seen the FASS system in action and although the driver might not feel the improvement, it will improve the performance by removing air, that has to be a good thing, right?

I wouldn't ambush someone like that. I politely asked him here and he wouldn't answer. I know he needs sponsors to make a buck and to keep his show running. If he was transparent about it I believe he would be respected.

I agree with what everyone is saying , I heard as to why he dropped turbo 3000 as a sponsor or they dropped him etc . Was over the PP FASS System and PP not wanting it on the KR signature trucks with their products

I have respect for him, we don't "know" everything in his life so, there be a reason why he can't talk about it.
