    Yes, but if that is the 'official' reason I don't think we can do anything about it.

    I've even shown up for a pickup, along with another driver, for the same load that we were both dispatched on.
    It has only happened 2 times in 3 years, but it does happen.
    First one through the door gets the load.

    I didn't know about TONU back then, but I'll certainly remember it from now on.

    When Swift "updated" our QC's I had to call Safety and they gave me the number to call to have it turned back on. You could try calling them.
