Has anyone ever heard of this company? All I can find out on then is that they are supposedly out of NJ. Was refered to a company looking to hire, with a number. The number is to this place. Just trying to get some information concerning this company, like hiring area, type equipment, etc. Thanks.![]()

They haul retail freight including but not limited to hanging garments, some DC to DC runs as well as store deliveries. They are based in North Bergen or at least used to be when I knew them. They also have several yards around the country too. They used to require several types of proof of residence, gas/elec bills as well as license and the like. At one time they ran large cars but I think they have cut everything back under 70mph, but not 100% sure about speed.
I hope this helps some, pay used to be pretty good but I'm sure they have cut that too like every other company out here!
good luck.... -

I drove for them in 2000. Heavy, heavy lifting. All floor load form nose to tail, ceiling to floor. You deliver to retail stores like K Mart, TJ maxx, Marshalls, etc., using convyer type belts into the stores and all hand unload. Pays sucks for the physical labor that you do, not to mention you do a lot of NYC deliveries.
I definately wouldn't recommend them, unless you like being exhausted all the time. And I'm not sure if the use owner operators, but back then, I was getting paid $14 an hour. -
Keystone Freight is one, if not the most, physically demanding job out there, because you hand unload every square inch of the trailer, with no help from anyone and no hand dolly to use. You unload everything from TV's, furniture, clothing, electronics, basically everything that you see in a deparment store, was unloaded by only one person. They do have drop and hook runs, like Macy's, which is done at night time, and OTR runs as well, but the majority of the work is delivered to deparment stores. Usually start time is about 3-4 am.
They are based out of North Bergen, NJ, with terminals in Philly and Fairless Hills, PA under the NRS banner. They are also Longshoresman union. I'm not quite sure what the payrate is nowaday. It use to be hourly, and it wasn't that good. They might of switched it to cents per mile. High turnover rate, which is probably why they're offering the 4k bonus.
It's basically a starter job, and it's more fitted for younger people.j and j trucking Thanks this. -
