OUCH 150 a week. I thought my insurance was high when it went from 29 dollars for the family to 61. I have paid up to 200 dollars a week when I drove for a smaller company, but 150 for just him and the kids. I have Asthma as well. Those inhalers can be pretty expensive even with insurance. Hope you guys find what your'e looking for.

Watch this folks . . .
Take the 3 months, times it by 4.
That'll give ya a 12 month average.

Therefore taking his first 3 months at this job, X 4, would provide a ballpark estimate, and likely to be on the conservative side (safety margin).blairandgretchen and Drivers girl Thank this. -

Trying to estimate his future year's end income is definitely a "balancing act", to say the least.
Any new 3 month period is far from a stable baseline, to judge things on. I know you know that.
Any "expected" pay increases are also "volatile". Such as his mileage pay may go up, but his amount of miles goes down.
You'll have to also judge/consider the "certainty" of any pay changing effects in any estimated figures, such as the likelihood of pay increases, mileage increases/decreases, workload (more freight/less freight), etc, etc.
Bottom line, there's no guarantee of any future plus's or minus's. That's why I agreed with blairandgretchen earlier, who said to take the 3 mo X 4, as a "basic".
What you add or subtract from that baseline, will depend on your wise estimate of "pretty darn more than likely" changes in the near future.blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
