Have you tried looking anything up through DOT to see if the documents are fake? It seems like if they were all truly fake, then DOT would be having a field day when their vehicles get stopped on the highway or at a scale house. Just my thoughts really, though.

There is a legal process called discovery, where the company would likely be required to produce those chat messages. If you file a lawsuit in court to recover any monies you are owed, and the company does not answer, depending on the court its filed in, it will likely be deemed an admission made on their part to everything you allege in your filing against them.

Where exactly is this company? Has your boyfriend tried any avenue at all legally to get his money he is owed?

Very likely, but also very stupid of them.

Where is the company located? You do know and realize there are legal avenues for you to collect your wages, right, or no?

Just a question for all who say they haven't been paid by this company, did any of you have any sort of employment contract that was signed by chance that outlined the pay, etc?

"One post wonder" is a person who post's a one liner, or a long diatribe, on how Company X screwed them over, worse company out there, spawn of the devil, etc. Folks around here ask for more information, and the person is never heard from again.
