Boy are you right. After reading what RT has to say about them I sure as hell wouldn't give them the right time of day.
And as of now - I checked my truck into the shop in Portage at 10am yesterday (Monday) and it has YET to be touched (6:20pm Tuesday). I'm told that they can get to it TOMORROW. 48 hours sitting just to get a simple PM and APU repair plus most of tomorrow shot while they work on it. Just something to think about..... Amazing....... how do they expect anyone to make a living and pay KLLM's truck note by sitting on their ### for 3 days? I don't know about Portage, but I heard they cut back on mechanics in Jackson, and that the newer mechanics they are hiring are either unqualified or newbies who just got out of school. Almost sounds like they are not only trying to get minimum wage drivers, but mechanics as well.

It amazes me bow much people will talk without thinking it through. RT you should know since you have been with te company longer than I, that KLLM doesn't have mechanics at portage.... They are all thermo kings staff... Yes they service us due to contracts but they are on TK payrolls....
