KLLM hiring process question

Omg dont they do extensive backgrounds on trainers and trainees? Thats surely not good publicity for the company any company for that matter YIKES Makes a person want to find.another way to get their OTR training

 

Yes. But big companies just want seats filled. Now a days most students are getting behind the wheel because this is their last resort to make a living. So a lot don't care or they think they know it all. And a lot of trainers just use students as money makers for them.

 

I am gonna have to find another way to get.my cdl. I have done some search with cr england.anf stevens. I.never seen anything posted on youtube like that

 

Im maybe.looking still going with KLLM but not down.in the area where that happened with that poor man that was fixing to retire and teach his grand daughter how to drive a truck. Sounds like.the.trainee was.either short tempered or hung over or maybe had a mental issue no one checked for.

 

Hello everyone. Ok im not sure if i have already asked this ( nervous) but i was wondering about at KLLM in Lancaster Texas training if the trucks are manual or automatics? Im getting ready to go to Training next week in Lancaster so im traying to get a little information if you nice folks dont mind me asking

 

Trucks are 10sp manuals

 

Oh boy i was.told.they were.automatics

 

When I went was on manuals. Maybe they changed. But that would mean your final test for your cdl would be in an auto. You would have a restriction on it.
