KLLM horrible experience

That's exactly why I think some of these trainer guys must be half crazy
... How can you sleep with a rookie at the wheel especially on the 3rd watch?
... How can any safety conscious company allow this to happen on public highways?
.... Not that I don't get the feeling this OP needs to put on a thicker skin if he wants stay in this industry or that this company should know better than letting this kind of thing to happen on our highways
.... Is it any wonder why they probably won't keep drivers and continue to operate like this?
..... How pathetic our industry has become, all for the sake of greed

 

had the same experience 20 years ago it is not new not saying it good either...

 

Local or nothing for me. They can play too many games when you're otr. Local if you have an issue go can go to them everyday and say (in kind words of course) either this gets fixed or I'm gone.
