Seems your asking a lot of ?'s

This is a good thing. Means your willing and eager to learn. You may not want to judge information as negative or positive but as just information to learn.
Yes I did mean to use the term "flease" not lease. You might want to keep on learning.

He was correct with using the word Flease. Study the board and you will learn why. You need more experience and some business classes before taking this step. Good luck and don't jump into a lease with any of the mega fleets unless you have an accountant and a lawyer explain the contract to you. It will be well worth the few hundred dollars it will cost.

Read and understand the contract, every bit of it.
If you are still OK with how you will get paid and what you will be paying KLLM - your call.
Have you spoken to other drivers currently leasing with KLLM?
How long have you been driving?
Any other experience running a business?
Value home time? Your income stops when at home but the bills for the truck do not.

I've been reading post and have a family member who leases with them and I'm new to the field so no experience home time isn't a big deal just trying to see what's better leasing or company with kllm

Ask for a copy of the lease agreement so you can have an attorney review it, if they say no walk away. That said leasing is a very bad idea, just a way for a company to get a free driver IMO.

There is little to no money to be made leasing from the same company that dispatches you your freight. You're at their mercy. You have zero control. You have no say on how it's going to turn out. It's called being victimized.
