I'm a company driver and was told it had to do with fraud or something people got fired over it ect... but the bonus was only for lease referrals lol don't think they had one to get company drivers here of course out 3000 drivers only like 200 are company

 

Which is why L/P is growing, they want drivers to take on expenses.

Diva trucker is a rookie hack. Been out here two years and she knows the business?...yeah right. She is a contradiction in herself. She screwed up the referral bonus with manipulating drivers that KLLM was this great company, which was, but not anymore. Made money off the bonus more than actually doing her job of actually hauling freight. Besides, she went and teamed with another know it all to another crappy company. Told drivers to top off their tanks with reefer fuel as well, which is a big no no. Go ahead and listen to that video making moron and see where it gets you, because it's been four jobs in two years so far. Enough with her though, about KLLM... They were a decent company before Duff Brothers paid the shareholders their shares to own the majority of the company and claim ownership. Both KLLM and FFE were acquired this way and which is why their customers have dropped their accounts in the past few years. I overheard a conversation once about how people were going to be fired eventually, then why keep the customer relations they took years to develop and build their trust along the way. That isn't the main reason they have dropped out of being a decent company anymore. It's their image in general. Lack of proper training, unreliability, and the bad company images drivers represent. No pride or professionalism. The sagging sweatpants with flip flops and tank tops is not an acceptable representation of a professional driver. Lack of proper hygiene as well has put KLLM in the category of the most ghetto company out here. You can call it what it is, but it is not a reputable company anymore. There is no pride there, just a sinking ship of what was.
