I have done a lot of research, if you have information otherwise, I would love to hear it.

From what I have seen over the years companies that pay you back do it to lock you into a contract. You will be better off not doing that because if it doesn't work out for you you can always walk away.

DISCLAMER for SNI Employees: I'm not hear to bash SNI just posting why I would never work for SNI

    60mph Trucks
POS Freightliners improperly spec'd (as in 370hp, 10 spd)
    OLD NASTY looking trucks/trailers
    E-Logs
    NO INVERTERS
They reserve the right to slip seat you at ANY time
Way to big of a company
They are HUGE on safety and will be up your butt about it all day every day, and will be holding your hand on EVERY decison you make. They will not let YOU do your job.
They also tend to loose trailers, which means you get to drive around town "looking" for an MT trailer:yes2557:

what you shoulda learned from reading this forum:

    LOW MILES

put all that together, 60mph, E-Logs, Low Miles, Low Pay, No Inverter = BROKE Driver:yes2557:

no one locks you into any contracts for Tuition Reinbursment. If you go to a company school you will be under contract though...

For me it was because they would start a new grad in tankers. Got all the endorsements needed for that and wanted to use them all. Wonder if they pull double tankers?:biggrin_25512:

    Schneider does reimburse tuition. $100/mo
