KLLM or Wilson Logistics?

I hope you get an acceptable trainer; both of mine were bad. Since then, I’ve spoken to other kllm trainers who didn’t appear bad to me, but who can really say without actually being on their truck. I made it through the bad ones, you can too! Be safe.

p.s. I was told that our trainers can’t kick trainees off the truck, but they can make your life hell enough to get off on your own.

 

And i heard they trucks dont have APU's

 

No APUs, but idle policy doesn’t exist, isn’t enforced, or not penalized. There might’ve used to be one, because I used to occasionally receive automated messages about it. My response to any message they sent me on it was “if they want me to idle less, than they should give me more miles.” The suits never responded…

If they aren’t happy with my idling, there’s an obvious solution.
