Policy now is all trucks must be returned to Jackson or its 1.50 to recover. Doesn't matter if you leave it at Lancaster. They will still charge you for it. That's for lease. Not sure about company.

You won't get one red cent back even if you return the truck to Jackson. Mark my words, they'll find some reason to keep your last check and escrow money.

This is where things get tricky. KLLM has a return policy that states you must return trucks to the Jackson terminal. Anything short of that would be considered abandonment. ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY. However from a legal standpoint you could argue that the vehicle was in fact returned to a KLLM facility. You could take preemptive measures by taking photos of the truck at the Lancaster yard and send a pdf file to hire right in Oklahoma. Enclose with the email your explanation for the photos and that any abandonment entry on your transcripts is unlawful.

Or you could take it back to Jackson.

    Good luck

If you signed the contract acknowledging you will return it to Jackson I would. They made it pretty clear in orientation they will not hesitate putting abandonment on there. Even if you bring it to any other yard. I do think that's a bit much. But to each their own. Good luck.
