Basically yes, with the seal intact. The first one I delivered to requested I back into the dock with the doors shut, then they would let me know when to pull out and open them. As strange as it sounded I followed their request and it didn't dawn on me until I heard an electric side grinder... This guy did have a box of latches so he could replace the one he took off. Not all of them will though.
