    Yikes! I've seen Knight smash 3 trucks when I was sitting getting unloaded over the years, twice because they forgot to latch the trailer doors pulling out of the dock and the door took a mirror and part of the hood with it. The 3rd instance was a guy who couldn't back worth a crap and he proceeded to hit both trucks he was trying to back between, one of them twice even though 2 drivers were attempting to help him...

    What does this mean for new drivers just now entering the industry? Will the monopoly on freight stabalize declining wages or further decrease driver pay?

    Wow. That's pretty huge. I quit Swift to drive for Knight and had a great 2 years with them. I wish them the best of luck.
