Trucks replaced every 3 years = 33% per year

Drivers turn over 3 times as fast as trucks do at the BFI's.

How could a serious bottom feedin' Big truck truckin' company turn a respectable profit with a 100% turnover of their drivers, per year?
They don't have a 100% turnover now-a-daze.

One of the top bottom feeders shoots for a 225% turnover rate to replace their drivers who experience premature burn-out and quit, or head for greener pastures. Such companies depend on high turnover to turnover more profit. They don't want drivers to be content and remain there. That would just screw things up.
Transporting freight might just be a sideline for them now.
Sorta like a carnival with a bumper-car ride.
Pay for a ticket to ride, and ride 'till time is up.

They were in trouble at the beginning of the year. It didn't come as now surprise!! Consolidated Freightway, CF, closed down on Labor Day, they were asking for concessions long before they closed down and the supervisors knew they were closing!!

 

And that has WTF to do with Knight Refer?

At 3 months, I see you are off on the wrong track. Sorry friend. It took me a while to figure things out too. The truth is, you need to run, find the loads you like and the loads you don't like. work with your DM on keeping you on good runs. Do you expect your DM to read your mind? I don't like Florida so in ten years I have never been there, another driver tells me he loves it there. One mans treasure is another mans trash. Complain all you want and bounce from company to company if that is your thing. My advice is to get serious about this business and LEARN how to make money.
