I've been out of the industry for several years, but I used to hear good things about Shaffer....but then, I also used to hear good things about Crete (associated w/Shaffer) until they 'changed!'......
Might as well flip a coin on that on. Shaffer is just Crete's refer division, go have a read of Crete...A year in review in the favorite companies section. Seems that the fustration level there is about the same as at Knight.
Scratch that...I'm going to orientation with Marten next week. I figure one reefer outfit is just as good as another, in all reality. They were the first ones to call. Off to Atlanta I go this weekend.
