    I agree with you.

But also it some time will work in your advantage (the driver) if you have not stooped to their level.

Well I don't know what he is doing. Sense the first of the year I have 20,500. And I took off 10 days last month. Ofcorce why he is doing all that BS work and letting them get away with that kind of pay I don't know. maybe I'm just to bull headed to put up with that kind of stuff. Or maybe I'm just that good and won't let them forget it.

I guess I got out just before the layoffs if thats what they are truely doing. I had the last straw when I got three back to back weeks of less than 1000 miles. And yet they still had drivers for orintation the day I left. I now drive for a company pulling a reefer again and getting unbelievably paid by the hub. Been there for a month now and lowest week has been 3200 miles. Its a small company and they need to keep the wheels rolling. Knight was the first mega company I had ever worked for. Lesson learned.

Well they where starving you out if you had 3 weeks back to back under 1000 miles. It's cheaper then paying for unemployment benny's. No FLSA for OTR drivers.

Everytime I tell the truth about Knight I get an infraction (whatever that means) If ya'all want to work there just because it's a job you not helping the industry and it will never improve.

Well it'll never get better then because there are thousands of newbies out there that will work for food . A sleeper is more comfortable than a cardboard box and Pilot Payback points from 2 fillups will get them a free $5 Subway footlong .

Well I hardly consider my self a rookie, And I do know a thing or two about the industry. Working here at Knight WILL NOT be the ruin of the trucking industry. Drivers who think that working for a particular company or doing what needs to be done to feed your family now they are a problems. Drivers who work hard are doing the industry proud.

I guess Knight has a backlog of drivers waiting for trucks so they are putting the screws to the drivers. One driver in Seattle was picking up his belongings when I was there to pu a friend Friday. He was supposed to go out on wednesday and called in sick. they cleaned out his truck and gave it to someone else and told him to go home until they have another truck. They didn't even tell him they cleaned the truck out till he came to work Friday. That's cold blooded if you ask me.
