Knight-Swift executives take pay cut amid cost reduction efforts

I remember when I was a faculty manager at FedEx Freigt..
One morning I was doing my thing helping the inbound folks and whatnot. And I walked into my office and one of the girls said to me, "what is a non exempt employee"
I said, people like me, salary.
She said, "well, it looks like you're taking a pay cut......."
She had been on the computer and it came across.
I said, "you gotta be ******** me."
She's like,nope, everyone takes a cut.
So, that's how it goes sometimes.

they should br brought in and let every one us know why they should be paid so much

 

I’m sure they did this to justify not giving raises to anyone else. That’s how they roll.
