I have heard this too. I even checked in my truck to see if there was a sign of a 4th battery being there. Nope, the crossbar that connects the terminals is only for 3 batteries - and it doesn't appear to have been cut off or anything. Then - I was at a Volvo dealership getting NEW batteries, and I asked the guy if these trucks come with 3 or 4 batteries, and he said that when fleets buy trucks from Volvo, they have a 3 or 4 battery option, so it's likely that it came from the factory that way. I totally agree that having only 3 when there is room for 4 (especially when a battery is only like $90) is pretty dumb.

They actually have a sliding scale - I have the sheet around here somewhere but misplaced it. You get paid a different rate depending on how long the trip is - I think they split it from 0-150, 150-300, 300-500, 500+ or something like that. If you're brand new you get paid 31 cpm on the low end, 40 on the high I think. After 30 days you get 1 cpm more across the board, and then again after 90 days. I have no idea if they start everyone at the noob rate or if you have X years of experience if you can come in at a higher rate.
