It can be considered entertaining, but understand this. While we provide a forum for people to state their opinions on, that does not mean that someone else is not allowed to question or challenge what they say. And in the event someone disagrees with what you have said, we will permit a very involved and length discussion of it, but only as long as a moderate tone is displayed. None of us take editing someone's posts lightly, nor do we ban someone from the site simply because we disagree with what they say, or because they have a differing opinion. Unlike many forums in the internet trucking world, we have a level of conversation and decorum that we permit, and when those bounds are exceeded, something is done.

There are many sites where someone of your age with no experience asking any question would be essentially throwing raw meat into the lions den for the posters on that site. It can be funny, but the humor comes at the expense of the person asking the question and trying to learn something. here you receive a form of protection from that, and are able to learn and in effect make yourself able to go out and use other places if need be. And being the butt of an inside joke is no fun for the person who asked a question with the intent of learning something.

We tend to protect our posters (especially new ones) from a bit more than other sites, and as a result when something like this comes up, action, appropriate to the offense is taken, after discussion by those in a position to take action.

It may be somewhat amusing, but there is a purpose to what happened, and why action was taken.

also, please keep in mind that we try and work with every member on this board and try to be as nice as we can and offer as much info as we can share to everyone, but there are times that TEST us like this one, and things do happen.

We appreciate and respect our members, but there are those that do join to just cause problems for others and they have to be dealt with.
