What do you think I told the dms about my hours when refusing loads...? Of course, they'll never outright say to do the load illegally; but they sure do make it clear that if a driver refuses such loads, he ends up black listed. Completely different from their "official" policy of no forced dispatched.

A good dm who actually works with the driver can usually hit this middle ground more often than not. Scumbag dispatchers who just want to milk as much illegal miles and bs games out of their drivers never learn.
