"Coffee Stains"?... that's what you call felony fraud and conspiracy?

Apparently you, like my brilliantly intelligent genius (no, seriously, he's a bonafide genius) nephew are finding out how your past will seriously prohibit your future,... especially in a DOT regulated industry. He has to work for his Father because no reputable company will trust him beyond telemarketing and I can assure you, I wouldn't let you be my co-driver even if my Company put you in that seat. I couldn't trust you no matter what story you tell me.

Don't try to downplay your charges... they are serious and will destroy any success you hope to have. No Bank will give you a loan, your credit?... what credit?... you need to establish that and no bank will trust you for any amount given a felony fraud conviction coupled with drug offenses.

"Knowledgeable Answers" was your headliner. I worked for a law firm for 10 months... not long but even in that short period of time, I read and learned a lot. You need to take this recent event, see what you can do to reduce the charges and get yourself better legal representation (plead guilty?... NEVER plead guilty if you aren't). That plea bargain only helped one person,... that lazy good for nothing lawyer you had. You're life is screwed while he's got a 'win' on his resume.

Take it from me... I had a less than a stellar past but I paid a good lawyer some decent money (I plea bargained my fee rather than my future) and had my records expunged. Yours are too fresh for that to happen but you may be able to have the charges reduced.

Those are my thoughts. Take them for what they are and move forward.

No way that you are going to be considered for a decent job . You did ask for answers, then you played down very, very , serious crimes. It would benefit you and the trucking industry if you took the money that you are planning on spending to get a CDL and used it to learn some other trade....

You can forget most of the mega carriers, & any that run to canada ,that drug conviction hurt you big time, I had a buddy who did 3yrs for 1st degree assault but had no problem getting hired, but he had 10yrs experiance! You being a rookie is 3strikes against you already! I would check around to see who would hire you first before going to school you might want to consider driving a dump truck ,just to get some work history!
