Kraft - Ft Worth

    They have the Tradewind entrance closed again and I see sooo many Stevens trucks (as well as others) driving around lost looking for the back entrance. Sure wish that more trucks had CB's and I could save them alot of time and fuel...

    It would make it so much easier on y'all if Kraft would let Stevens know the entrance is closed when they are setting up the loads so Stevens could pass on the word to the drivers.

    Kraft loads come across the internet on what's called an EDI screen. Very banal and plain vanilla....just the facts.
    There is no place to put information about the location, directions or anything else.
    Just a problem of the internet age where people don't speak with each other... only computers talking with computers.

    Another reason why I refuse to go to the drive up window at the bank, fast food, etc. I want to go in and actually talk to a person, not a speaker...
