KW T2000 Electrical Gremlins

    I'm new here, We have a T2000, 07 with a c15 last 6 are 168582. We have had similar issues, part of the ins cluster would shut down. We would have no speed, tach, oil pressure, or temp. It has been into the shop a few times for this but they could not find it. We had planned on replacing our dash because it was starting to break apart. I found this [​IMG] , this was on the passagers side on a support bracket. the orange with a red strip was traced to the ins cluster itself. It looks like it was chafing for some time. I have also found areas in the wiring where it looks like an ice pick has been jammed through the wiring. I will post pic today as I'm still working on this project. The doner dash is to be in by the end of this week.

    Probably from previous owners probing with a multimeter.

    i have a 2002 kenworth t2000 and I'm having a problem with the trailer lights i have lights on the bottom of the trailer and not on the top part what could it be i changed the fuse and the really but is still not fix

    Hello sir, I have an issue w my gauges as well (2003 t2000 c15) did you pull the DRL fuse to fix it? Tia
