KW T2000 HOOD ISSUE

    Hi all, just changed the fiberglass bumper on my '99 T2000 and the hood stops about 3" short of the guide pins. Tried adjusting all up and down/. New bushings, the ones that look like control arm bushings. No change. Anyone remember this issue and how do I fix it??? Thanks.

    Count yourself lucky its that direction not slamming the cab

    But try turning the truck on, if cab is air ride, should hinge at front of cab and raise back, should be good for at least 1.5 inches of the needed clearance.
