My previous employer used them on everything. As they explained, there’s a lot of gap between the hub and the wheel’s pilot hole. There’s no way the wheel is perfectly centered on the hub and that’s where these centering lugs come into play. They perfectly center on the studs. I never had a shake on the tractors I drove for them. I wish my current employer would use them.

I have the same issue. Changed steers, new shocks, shackle bushings, u bolts, changed trailers, checked carrier bearing, ham bone bushings, 3 axel alignment, king pins. Nothing seams to help the vibration.

It'd be nice if you listed off all what was replaced. Then at least we can suggest things that you haven't already done.

    Truckerka Thanks this.

What's interesting about this is we have to identical trucks. They where used up in Wyoming. Traveled mostly on rough ### gravel roads. Brought back to northern colorado. Driven on mostly paved roads. Both trucks have the same identical vibration. Been using mine As a test case. FYI, the picture in my profile is my old truck. Got to old to throw chains. Heat, cold, mud and on call all the time caught up to me.

This is the new one. It doesn't, although it does make sense. The clutch. I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow, and I'll keep you guys posted as soon as I get the update.

Update: Not a clutch. Replacing cabin shocks and airbags, also some kind of a valve that controls air intake. We'll see in a few days

Had Lazar tract in Greeley Colo align the truck. They use the MD system. When I get this figured out, I am going to sell the information to the highest bidder. Lol
