Kwik Trip Throws Shade At The Beaver

QuickTrip and Kwik Trip are not the same brands. Although QuickTrip and Kwik Trip are both convenience store chains and offer you a good variety of similar categories for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner meals – they are still two different entities with different branding, offering, and services overall.

This, not sure why people get their panties in a wad so often about Buccee's. It's a business, just like your trucking business, and no one can tell me/us who or who not to do business with. The owner obviously wants to be a 'car stop' and not a truck stop. No shortage of truck stop chains and I don't blame him.

My bet is the original owners, now mostly long deceased, would hate to see the disaster their 'truck stops' have become. They started businesses with pride and now they are ####holes, literally most of the time.

I stop at Buccee's on occasion on a road trip with my kids. I have no burnin' desire to get in one when I'm working.

And while I'm on it, quit believing all the clickbait stories about how truckers have been abused trying to park at Buccee's.

AFAIK, Aplin and Wasek are still alive and running their empire.

 

QT is KC-based.
