Yes. I even joked around with the recruiting dept about it. Told them they needed to stop lying to the prospective l/o's.
Im sure that's an average and they use that ti cover their butts but everyone ive spoken to personally says they do much better.
Under promise, over perform! Keeps everyone happy i guess. -
It aint easy. You got to put in the work. You cant go home every weekend. You have to plan your fuel as every penny matters. You have to prove to your dispatcher that he can rely on you, that youll be where you say, when you say. You all know this. The money isnt going to fall in your lap because you signed a dotted line.
