Our trucks are Standard Freightliner 2021 NEW Cascadia

unless my math is off, 2021 is not really new because the calendar says 2024.

I'd say more of them would be driving truck versus dispatcher...

In my opinion lease purchases, are a bad idea. The benefit the company, not the driver. Some on several her on the forum have made it, but most do not. As a side note, the trucks offered in your have 350k to 400k. So if you managed to pay it off, and the truck lasted that long, your truck would be pretty much worn out.

Watched you back then when you were one of the rare few that made it work. It's possible to make it work, but very few do.

Still do not believe anyone should lease/purchase from the hand that feeds, better to go 3rd party if so.

But, Schneider does allow you to take truck anywhere else as long as you still maintain payment agreement. Many do not.

Schneider had choice board, not get whatever provided by a dispatch. Not sure if still same, but at least another leg up for chance at survivability, compared to the rest.

Still a hard way to go, but know some of you that did it.

Would still not recommend to 98%.

And, it's always the brand new newbies, with the $$$ in their eye's. Some things will never change.
