L/P older equipment?

I think your numbers are fair with the acception of trailer rent. IMO that is an expense covered by the 20 percent you charge to lease the driver on to tour company. The company I am leased to pays me 79% and no trailer rental fee. They also handle all the maintenance and repairs including tires with no expense to me as long as driver neglect wasn't involved. I think everyone else has given you some good advice and things to think about to discuss with your driver good luck
