For me it all depends on what I eat with it.

Spastic colon and irritable bowel will get you that way too.

Miss a pill once, the next morning, you will be wishing you slept in the bathroom.

What you THOUGHT was a back ache, is really your colon trying to rip itself apart.

My own theory, but I think the problem is with the frequency with which you consume dairy products. When I was younger, I ate dairy quite often. As I got older, I ate it less often and started having tolerance issues. I have noticed if I eat cereal with milk everyday, starting out with a small serving, after a few days, I can eat all the dairy products I want. I believe bacteria in your digestive system that assists with the digestion of milk, die off to a level where intolerance happens when you eat dairy infrequently. But by eating dairy regularly, your tolerance increases because the amount of the digestive bacteria is built back up.

I've had the colon ripping experience that brings you to your knees. A butchers knife wouldn't have hurt any worse, but that's all over now. I've also had the lower back ache that advances to sciatica in the left hip/leg. It took me forever to figure out it was constipation because I had gotten so used to it. Changes in diet and all gone. It didn't help that I rode on my wallet in my left pocket while driving, that's when the sciatica started, so I wouldn't advise doing that.

at our old age. i guess too much milk isn't good for you. although it's advertised as healthy for the bones. and the body needs it.

i have it once in awhile for cereal. or heartburn. milk kicks butt when i get heartburn. specially that serious acid reflux that feels like a knife cutting into every vein in my upper body right up to my lower cheek bones.

i drink a lot of pepsi though. can't stand to drink anything else. unless i'm doing the work thing in the heat then i can handle water.

The dairy council pushes dairy as healthy! healthy! healthy! The real deal is that we do very well with absolutely none of it. It does more harm than good. Milk and anything made from it is full of toxic garbage that is bad for us. You can get your calcium from eating greens and your body will actually absorb it when combined with fat in your meal.

I was also a Pepsi fan or drinking coffee. Too much acid! And it accumulates because your body can only neutralize it with calcium. Guess what, none of us consume enough calcium regularly to offset the acid intake, so our bodies takes the calcium from our bones and teeth!

I got off soda and coffee by by only drinking beer for a week and I don't normally drink any more, but I still love the stuff. Now I drink water 90% of the time and cheat 10%. It beats the H out of six foot under!

For me, combining dairy with allot of starchy food was suicide. I may as well have skipped the meal.
