Ladd Electronics - Jackson Georgia

Not sure if anyone else has stopped here at Ladd Electronics CB Shop in Jackson, Georgia they have a CB Shop next door to the Truck fueling area at Love's Truck Stop. My experience with the older gentleman in his 70's that was the only person there doing everything by himself. The issue I had is he wouldn't set the SWR's in my Wilson 5000 antenna due four other people there waiting after he was working on my antenna first. He started getting up tight about not being able to eat/cussing every choice word in the book. He wouldn't let anyone in the CB Shop alone for whatever reason that is.

He finally set the SWR's on my antenna after pitching a fit about it and everyone else walking away after the cussing getting really bad by the gentleman that was there. The guy's prices aren't cheap at all. He sales new and used cb radios, antennas and not sure what else he sales in the shop.

Overall experience look for someone else who wants to work on your stuff and not complain about it or etc.

I agree. Lesson learned but there isn't much of any recommendable CB Shops around the Central Georgia area.

 

Yep customers always should come first no matter what the case maybe unless the employee is having an emergency.

 

That is what I heard about the guy at exit 320. Didn't know about the CB shop at exit 296. Yeah I think Ladd Electronics a few other places besides this one.

 

Suppose to be one as well over on Watts Rd NW over by Petro if that is the one you're talking about. I've seen they're feedback and its not looking good for them.
