The company that makes that is located in KY. I spoke with them last year at MATS... that one is about $200. I had a quote for a blue powder coated one and a mounting rack that I could put on my headache rack and lock and it was $435

i just got a 6 foot fiberglass step ladder strapped to headache rack, and a extendable aluminum pole with a attachment on the end that will hold corner protecters, and another attach that will hook a chain end to push thru chains , and the protector attachment also works great to thread straps thru loads, like belly straps, or those tractors in metal frames or moving a strap to an exact spot
SHC Thanks this. -
i just bought one of those "gopher" extendable grabby things at WalMart yesterday. Will make feeding chains and straps thru and belly wraps much. much easier!!!MJ1657 Thanks this.

Can you be more vague?

Nope, Looked it up in the dictionary, and that was it!
Heck, it even had the same Pic. -

I bought a Cosco 13' Step/ Extension Ladder today, $99 in sales tax free- Oregon at Walmart.
"Commercial Grade Type 1-A, 300# capacity"
Good thing I'm on a diet.
Chose the shorter version because it easily fit in a 5' tarp box and if a load is 13'6" I can either set it on the deck or the catwalk. -
