Me I would be more concerned with the safety of the guy hitting on my wife than I would about her..
Officer knocking on my door: driver we justareested your wife..
Me : FOR WHAT
Officer: She just bought a bat and beat the tea totalling snot out of another driver..
Me: For what
Officer: hitting on her
Me: is the driver still alive??? Wait she BOUGHT a bat.. Get her to the hospital, she never spends money....
Ladies, does this happen often?

Yes. I get "hit on" occasionally. I have my ways to discourage it.

Sad but true! My wife was in the truck stop last week and some dude tells her she has great looking legs. I said to Holly, "stop flirting with those drivers...."

It's not just the trucking world where this happens. I work the night shift at a hotel right now and have been hit on more than once by some passing drunk or lonely guy. Over the course of the years I've learned to put them down nicely. Though I still have memories of being 16, riding with dad, and having truckers flash their headlights at me as I crossed a parking lot. >.>
