    They are decent...if I were to throw a few in the top 5 in no particular order I would say Northland, AIG, Great West, Canal, Carolina Casualty, would be a good place to start. Almost all Liability policies are pretty equal....it's the Physical Damage and Cargo that typically set apart great companies from good ones.
