What department do I need to contact if I will have a passenger on the truck for a couple of days? My Wife's cousin needs a lift from Seattle down to So Cal in a couple of weeks and was wondering if there is any forms I must fill out.

Not sure if its safety but call the Chrystal palace, need a rider form and a copy of a valid state ID for who ever the rider is. Its good for 1 year from the date its signed.

I called with some questions on the rider policy a few weeks ago. You have to have one year and no moving violations before JAX will allow a rider on the truck. I asked the usual things one would think to ask but it all comes down to running under thier authority. My soon to be 7 year old is bent because he thinks its dads truck,it sucks he has so long to wait. I will have my year in Dec but the cutoff age is like 13 I think. Even Walmart had a more family friendly rider policy. Remember please dont shoot the messenger!

Don't you pay for the insurance though? Kind of weird.

That's annoying. Hopefully my 25 year old Wife's cousin won't be a problem. Maybe sometimes its better to ask for forgiveness then permission?
