Have done quite a few of those. The agency in SLC handles the Boeing freight from Wichita to Seattle. Those are pretty tricky loads in the winter. You have to go through the Wyoming and Oregon winds with sometimes as little as 3K in the box. They make airplanes out of plastic now.

Don't even fool with the refer then. You guys can make a mint doing FedEx runs. Especially there. You'll see when you have access to the load board lol.

What kind of truck do you have? Final drive ratio?

Dude I could just keep right on going LOL.
    LMFAO
For another two weeks with 10 minutes in phone calls.

Gotta get truck serviced. Need top set & getting this motherless fan clutch fixed even if they gotta in frame the engine.

I do gotta unwind some though.

Lol I just finished one week off. Trailer goes to the shop next week.

I put my availability at mid July to stop the agents calling.

The other side of that equation is 80% to 86% of what? It still has to be good rates to begin with.

Who are these companies you speak of?

    $7.98 x 128 miles = $1,021 = $1.28 x 798 miles

    I don't see the problem.

3% more to cover extra expenses and risk on a reefer ....no way in heck one after hours repair and that 3% is gone...carrier i.m with 72% with thier wagon 86 with my own personally I pull theirs let them cover reefer fuel maint etc ...my rates are reasonable but not outrageous I pull dedicated and get paid both ways so my all miles run between 1.75 and 1.90 after they take thier cut
