If you want to be a loafer, then be one. Personally, I take pride in earning my money and working hard.
-
You don't know my work ethic. Don't pretend like you do just to attempt to put yourself higher than someone else.
Got a question, and I probably know the answer to it. Are a Christian? -
Well, lets see, you say you drive legal and you support the regulations they put on us. I can drive alot more than anything legal (and do it safely)......So if you put 1 and 1 together, that makes two. Every time.
Religion has nothing to do with this.... -
I asked you a few questions and you ignore the questions and reply with the same BS. Your like the loud mouth driver at the lunch counter: Telling the story YOUR way even if your wrong.
-
I've always done things MY WAY. And I'll continue to do things MY way until the government shuts me down completely. I'm not going to live on bended knees my whole life.
loud mouth? I, and other "independent drivers" need to be alot louder. We have to be, to be heard over the ones that say "Oh yeah, I love log books. I love the CSA 2010, because it makes me feel all safe and warm, knowing that the government is keeping me safe"
Bull larky...Everyone knows, it all boils down to money, and not safety.
Because I'm not stupid. And you'd have to be stupid to not know when your getting sleepy. And if someone is that stupid, do you think a law or a log book is gonna make you smarter? I doubt it. someone that stupid wouldn't know how to fill out a log book anyways. -
Being a Landstar O/O I know first hand that their system has a few problems.
A few times a year I get a "Love" letter from the log department. 100 % of the time its a clerical error on their part. The most recent was a warning for not showing fueling in Arizona (per their records) So, I look at my logs and fuel card records and discover that on that date I was at home in Georgia. So I call Landstar and their genertic answer is "sometimes their system mixes up Comdata numbers and makes mistakes" . They don't have the time or manpower to check each warning the computer sends out, because they're on the phone all day. I feel like if you are going to penalize people for something a computer sends out that you should take the time to check/verify this before you send it out. Wouldn't it take less time to verify beforehand than to have to spend all day on the phone with your O/O's straightening out an error? You have to wonder. Seems like Landstars satellite Tracking system wasn't planned out completely before being implimented, upper management at its finest!!!Native Dancer Thanks this. -
Fortunately, you don't get to do things "your WAY" on public roads.KE5WDP Thanks this.

You still haven't answered the question: Do you want the law to say drive untill your tired, then sleep? Thats what your say'n.

Once a super trucker, always a super trucker. That is until their heads deflate.
