Jk, but just trying to get an idea on how much revenue you can gross, based on like 2500 miles per week, just trying to compare intestate numbers, I'm debating which company I should lease my truck onto. I got an idea from interstate, because I spoke with them, and they gave me the beakdown's ($$) for 1 truck averaging 2100, 2500 miles weekly. Im leaning towards interstate, because it's West Coast friendly, they have a lot of west coast freight, and I'm on the west.

Stop thinking miles, start thinking revenue.

Why don't you guy say how much money you make at LS. I worked for LS 10 years and the money was not so great. How much money do you report to the IRS and pay taxes on ?

The ELD mandate will hit some LS driver hard I think. Because when I was their LS was only requiring new hires to have them.

Your right, but to a certain degree, you can make just as much revenue or more, running short hauls or regional, but I do see your point.

There you have it. You don't want to come here. Schneider is where the big money is. They'll get you a truck as well.

You should be proud to say I'm making $60,000 or $80,000 a year. I think the reason you don't say how much money you make is probably the same as when I was at LS. The money was not very good. Yeah the guys hauling oversized and the wind turbine blades are probably making a killing. They also had LS help I know because LS paid for the trailers to me made because they cost so much.

Just tell people how many miles a year you run and how much you pay yourself. People are not looking to steal your loads. If your pulling van or flatbed.
