I’ve only had that in Boise by the Flying J, but now there’s another bar near there, I think it’s called Stubs?

Now I'm in Minot. Minot is also cold, but has a very nice truck stop with a very good restaurant.
Again I think these GIANT piles of ice and snow should be trucked to California to ease the drought.
It would also aid in increasing the temperature locally, thus the need for less fossil fuels burned for heating.
    It's a win / win for everyone.

maybe a pipeline would be more efficient. After all, it's no big deal piping oil all over the country, why not water? Need water to live......not so much so for oil. Jus sayin

In keeping with that idea, I think we should have I80, and I 25 in Wyoming become a trench. Instant 0 wind resistance, terrible weather. Not a tunnel, just a trench, and level out those big hills in California on I 15 the same way.
The fuel saved / emissions would be another win/win for everyone.

Hey, look at the snow cover in Colorado, It is only 60% of snow cover, ship that snow o Vail and Aspen with a huge price. That snow will then melt into the Colorado river so it will get to California.

That trench would drift in with snow within minutes with that breeze, so have spacex launch rockets full of freight to the receivers, heck they can land on barges, why no a dock?

I have escaped Minot. Why not? I went down to a warmer place, Bismarck.
Guess what they have at the junction of US 85 & I 94, behind a GIANT snow & ice pile.
    Mongolian Barbecue!!!!!
I couldn't stop though, cause this weather is, is like F'd, and dude had to rework my load, so that ate 2 hours of precious daylight.
So now I'm down here, where the F am I anyway, someplace on a US Highway where the snow & ice started getting DEEP on the road, and it was getting dark, so I stopped.
And there's a place here that actually has truck parking.
And there's another Landstar driver here that's even crazier than I am.
    Why? Because he's here!!!

I have concluded that $50 hour detention pay the year 2018 is chump change.

It is still better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

    But needs to be $100.

I think at $50, a lot of these guys have a few hundred at the ready so it can be business as usual.

Business as usual meaning the driver gets ### ####ed.
