There's good news, and there's bad news.

Petro Eloy. Landstar inspection.

Good news - Passed.

Bad news - This guy was the most thorough inspection I've ever had in my career. Yes career.

You're crazy. He can make stuff up if he wants. Landstar policy is any defect corrected immediately right there, or it leaves on a hook to be corrected.

Dude spent 20 minutes in the pit, and another 10 just fooling with steering. NO DOT officer EVER had me do all the stuff this guy did, not even California.

 

Can I get your SS card also please?

 

No way. He has a hammer tapping on all my U bolts on all the axles "Going see how the pitch is different? "

At that point I could keep my mouth shut no longer and said, " I haven't the slightest F idea what the F you are talking about."

That seemed to snap him out of it a bit, and he said that will indicate if they are loose.

Inspection ended then.

I had my wrench on the phone going " Where do you want me to have it towed, cause I'm not rebuilding my F suspension for this dude."

 

What kind of sick, degenerate, bastage stays out for almost a month, is at home for less than 24 hours, then contemplates another two weeks out?
