I'll say.

 

Why would anyone spend $50,000..on a pickup...in the first place...maybe that's why they never drive them off road in the woods..or never haul anything in the bed..a good used pickup...has more functionality...for a lot less $$$$...with way less depreciation

 

I’m not sure what they charge to mow grass, I’m mowing a lot of grass in 2 and a half hours with my 33 inch Snapper.
But these people have several 60 inch industrial mowers and big trailers, tons of weed eaters plus that new truck.

 

There must be some big money in grass cutting...or a good line of credit

 

Many people I see..who have a $50,000 pickup in the drive...are living in a $3,000 house trailer...guess it depends...on what ones priorities and wants are

 

Grandpa said..... cant pay cash for it/you cant afford it...if you finance to get it/you don't need it....that many people confuse...need it with want it

 

I think it’s ok to borrow for a house.
The 7 year loans for cars is a bit strange.

Many urban folks will never purchase a house or condo even. The biggest $ purchase many will make is a car or truck
