    Pretty cool but how do you get the tire off.

    They have you let the air out of the suspension.

    Pick up the good tire which will leave the bad set hanging in the air.

    Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

    No way in hell would they do that to my truck. I don't like buying shocks or airbags and letting an axle hang in the air is a good way to ruin both.

    ShooterK2, lilillill and p608 Thank this.

    Other side is on the ground. Basically the entire trailer is rotated while the suspension is on the compression stops. Axel will not be hanging by the shock or air bag.

    When they pick up the entire truck they chain non lift supported axle to the frame.

    Dave_in_AZ and jsnell Thank this.

    @Dave_in_AZ

    Did the air up system not fill it back up? Was it off the bead or a blow out?

    That tire on the last trailer? No it would inflate. But it was an audible leak. Pretty good one.

    I have no luck. I gotta keep my #### wired tight.

    That's probably 6 or 7 trailers I've gotten fixed.

    Sounds like a normal week for me, LOL. Between lights, mudflaps, and flats I stay busy.

    Unfortunately there is no added pay for dragging their trailer in for repairs.

    And the $25 for getting one inspected between loads (most likely on down/home time) is not enough.

    Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

    Yea, I'll never get one inspected under load lol.

    Even if you're empty, I've gone half a dozen times with one, and no one is available to do it.
