No. I've been home for about 2 weeks. Exhausted.

You said it best on another thread, there are those that are going to fail no matter how you lay it out for them, it's just their nature.

There are people that should stay company drivers, period.

I think the conception of what people are getting into with this is way, way wrong.

This a serious business. You want to come in and take food out of my mouth. Good luck with that.

 

Unfortunately this little thing isn’t still alive, but he had no idea he wasn’t a dog. My wife had him when we got together and I wasn’t a cat guy. I can’t say that anymore. My dogs don’t even open an eye when I go to work at 3 or 4 in the morning. This little cat met me at the door every single night when I worked overnights.

 

That one isn't even my cat lol. I travel with two.

That one is one I'm fostering as best that I can until I can get her adopted ( I think it's her ). My neighbor feeds it while I'm gone.

It's the hugest lover kitty in the history of the world.

 

LS has some O/O doing good but most don't. LS tells people the loads are on the load board. When I was at LS then they tell you only like 25% of the loads are posted. So you have get on someone good side. They had agents that their husband was a driver and she would give him all the good load she had first.

The guys running the Laredo yard got caught and fired for playing games with the empty trailer and giving them to their friends. I had one agent tell me go the the trailer guy (his brother) he could get me a trailer. WoW he did just like that I had empty trailer. Usually it's was 3 day wait for empty trailer. So they kinda force you to hual the cheap loads out of Laredo. You could not bobtail out because LS corporation would not give you an empty from anyplace. Agents posted load that are not real. They list loads they don't have.

What’s an online card balance ? Is that a weekly draw, monthly draw ? Maybe by weekly draw ?

Same thing on the company side of things. No money to be made but look at where we came from, how we've done, and how we have both taken different career paths afterwards (o/o vs company guy still) yet still both seem to be doing very well for ourselves. Life is rough lol.
