Yes that’s clear: I’m saying it is possible to get a hazmat with a felony, depending on what the felony is; however, just bc one can get a hazmat with said felony, it does not mean Landstar would take a person with a hazmat because of the particular felony they’ve been convicted of.

 

There seems to be a disconnect here

If you are an authorized carrier with your own authority - then you don’t need to be a hazmat carrier and can be a rehabilitated axe murder for all they care.

If you are attempting to lease your equipment to landstar then your drivers have qualify with them and meet their criteria which includes hazmat and likely excludes axe murderers - rehabilitated or not.

 

Landstar had a load listed just outside of Phoenix. Agent listing it was Wyl E. Coyote. Look like it’s an LTL load. Maybe something Dave would be interested in.
