Well found out today i will have to start the application process all over again. I took and passed the hazmat test today and applied for the title today. They say i have to go to the leased to landstar.com website to begin the process again since they no longer take apps by fax anymore.

 

That is elfin' ridiculous. Did you give Jody a call?

 

Not yet i will try her on monday i thought i would get into contact with the recruiter i was dealing with first so i will try her before i start the app process again if not i will start it again.

 

This sounds bizarre as I just faxed my app a couple weeks ago......?

 

You have to keep in mind we did start the process back in august but had to post pone until last week. I did try and keep in contact though.

 

When I hired in, I was able to Fax and email copies of things to Jody. I recieved the app packet in the mail, scanned it and sent in that way. Faxed what I had to fix on the fly on the road when I couldn't email. Since then i bought a Printer/Scanner/Copier for the truck and paid 69 bucks for it at Walmart. It is wireless, so it sits on shelf up top.

 

Well i did the online portion of the app so we will se what is what but i will still call jody on Monday. Took and passed my haz mat test and renewed my license but wont be able to take my physical until the 2nd of april. Also should have the title back by then.

 

I just looked at a scanner in the TS for $200! That's all it does is scan....no printing! I told the lady, "you know you can get an all in one machine at Walmart for less that $75 right?" She looked at me like I was crazy!
