Landstaronline.com, but you have to be a BCO to have access. It usually has 2-3 times the loads on Landstarbroker. 10000 to 27000 right now.

VR Tell us more! What are you getting for a truck etc. Cost? does it come with a good looking chick? Does it include the first three fills of the tanks? Does it have an APU? Is it from a company with all KW's? by the initials TA? I have been looking at those trucks a long time! They are nice and from my readings on the other threads they are VERY well kept!
I am awaiting my paperwork from a former(going to be slow) employer to verify my time with them, LS says I don't have a year!!! My @ye I have way more then that at one place!, -
If you have settlement or pay stubs and/or logs while with another carrier, you might be able to use those to verify your experience. Landstar may still require verification from your former employer, but it would be worth asking the recruiter. -
G-Man got all of that, no go, "Have To Verify it with a LIVE person" As opposed to a dead person.

You pick your own loads off their load board, it is your business you run it. You run as hard as you wish as long as it is legal.
-
Perhaps you could contact your former carrier and see if they will follow up with Landstar. Unless Landstar can verify your experience they won't sign a lease with you. -
Attempting that, I think there are to many spoons in the pot!! Just my opinion!. -
Do you have your 1099, should be all you need.

Your carrier is likely stonewalling Landstar. I worked for a carrier for almost 12 years and they would not verify my employment history for Landstar until I quit. It was a company policy they do not give information out to other carriers about current employees/contractors. They didn't like for drivers to quit and would do lots of little things to make drivers change their minds, gravy loads etc. So I put my 30 day notice in, as per my contract, and finished working those 30 days. The day after that Landstar called and they verified my work history. Your carrier may be doing the same, likely you will have to part ways with them. They are not going to give LS verification otherwise.. Not many companies do it that way but a few do and it's not illegal . You're gonna have to quit old job.. Make sure you are reasonably certain you have LS in the bag when you do, and also a plan B carrier lined up as well.
