    Speaking of OOS trucks. Got passed by one in heavy traffic today. Had no less then 27 diffrent bright red dot OOS stickers on it that had been peeled off. Almost 2 dozen orange violation stickers and the #### thing was being held together with literally duct tape bungie cords and hope. It was also clearly deleted due to the def tank but absolutely BILLOWING black smoke.

    3 guesses where the truck tags were from and the drivers head gear. Also his driving habits.
