I don’t know where you’re parking but trucks under 10 years old vastly outnumber truck over 10 years old most places I park.

In the first half of 2019, he said 640 freight companies closed their doors. On average, these companies each had about 30 drivers, resulting in 20,075 trucks being pulled off the road.

I wonder how many of those new MC's were because of California based O/O's leased on with a company, suddenly realizing under the new rules they are employees. Lots of carriers have told CA based O/O's to get their own authority or move out of state.

If they needed to do a good job and make engines everyone wants properly without flaws and eating oil possibly they would be doing well.

But no, when no one wants the smog trucks its really tough to spend a dollar to make a good smog truck.

It cannot be that long before the old iron would not be able to be registered for any kind of revenue trucking. When that day comes there is going to be a problem.
